Das gehäckselte Holz ist ideal für Heizzwecke und wird sofort in Netze abgefüllt.

Der Holzhacker wird durch einen 3-phasigen Elektromotor einer Leistung von 5,5 kW angetrieben. Die Leistung wird vom Motor durch Keilriemen auf das Getriebe mit Ölfüllung übertragen, das das Holzhacken vorantreibt. Die Messer zerkleinern auch starke Äste mit hohem Grünmasseanteil. Nach dem Hacken gelangt das Hackgut in Netzsäcke oder Big-Bags, die an einem Abfüllgerät befestigt werden.
Wir bieten drei Varianten der Vorrichtung an:

Die Doppelvorrichtung hat im Vergleich mit der einfachen Vorrichtung den Vorteil, dass Sie Ihre Arbeit nach dem Füllen des ersten Sacks nicht unterbrechen müssen. Sie setzen lediglich das Ventil um und das Hackgut fällt in den zweiten leeren Sack. Während der Füllung des zweiten Sacks gelangen Sie komfortabel zum, ersten, schon vollen, Sack und bereiten einen, neuen und leeren Sack vor. Bereits binnen 30 Sekunden lässt sich ein Sack einfüllen. Zum Holzhacker liefern wir Ihnen Netzsäcke des Maßes 57 x 104 cm. Beim Kauf unseres Holzhackers bekommen Sie 50 Netzsäcke kostenfrei geliefert.
4 Räder
Für eine einfachere Handhabung besitzt der Holzhacker einen Trichter mit einem Griff und 4 Rädern (2 Bantamräder vorn und drehbare mit einer Bremse hinten).
Der Trichter
Der Trichter des Holzhackers ist lang genug, um die Sicherheit des Bedieners zu gewährleisten und besitzt einen horizontalen Boden für die zuverlässige Verarbeitung der Zweige bei niedrigen Drehzahlen (im Vergleich zu den Arbeitsdrehzahlen des Holzhackers TR70 ist es etwa die Hälfte). Der Horizontaltrichter erleichtert das Einbringen langer Zweigen im Vergleich zu ein dem vertikalen oder geneigten Trichter.
Überlastschutz
Einen reibungslosen Arbeitsvorgang gegen Überlastung sichern Tellerfedern im Getriebe des Dreharms. Damit wird der Keilriemen gespannt. Beim Einziehen zu dicker Zweige kommt es zur Kompression von Druckfedern, daraufhin zu einem kurzen Riemenschlupf und zum Anhalten des Motors. Wenn dies geschieht, bleiben die Holzhackermesser gleichmäßig in den Zweigen verkantet und man kann sie nicht aus dem Trichter entfernen. Zu ihrer Entnahme dient der Hebel, der sich an der Getriebeeingangswelle befindet. Dieser wird zusammen mit dem Holzhacker geliefert. Der Zweig lockert sich durch das Drehen des Hebels im Uhrzeigersinn.
Die Hackvorrichtung
Das Prinzip zweier Gegenschneiden garantiert ein optimales Hackergebnis. Das Teilkreisdurchmesser ist 150 mm lang und der Abstand zwischen den Wellen beträgt 70 mm. Auf jeder Schneide befinden sich die mit zwei Schrauben befestigten Messer, die aus einem hochwertigen Werkzeugstahl gefertigt werden. Die Hackmesser sind einfach zu montieren und können wiederholt geschliffen werden. Der Abstand der Messerklingen beträgt max. 0,2 mm. Am Messer ist es möglich, bis zu 4 mm abzuschleifen. Abhängig vom Holzzustand werden nach jedem Schleifen 1000 bis 5000 Netzsäcke Holzschnitzel verarbeitet. Die Messer zerkleinern auch starke Äste mit hohem Grünmasseanteil.
